- Assist the Manager during service and also being responsible when the Manager is off duty
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the restaurant
- Manage restaurant staff and delegates related tasks to his/her staff when Manager is off duty
- Keep up with industry trends and create new activities for the best of the restaurant in collaboration with the Head Chef
- 2 years experience in catering
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Knowledge of English Language
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge or proper food handling and sanitation standards
