Chef Sasha was introduced to cooking at a very young age in the kitchen of his family home. His mentor and teacher was his grandmother, from whom he learned about beautiful, fresh ingredients and their power of good food and company. He followed the family footsteps, which led him down a path of catering; from hotels, contract catering, to teaching in colleges, all of which has had a huge influence on his cooking style. He was at his best working experience where he worked for 5 years in Angus Steak House in London were he was than promoted as an Executive Chef. He says that the key is not to overcomplicate things, but keep it simple and use good quality product that’s in season to get the best taste. Steak is his core feature. Sasha is also a great creator as well in Salads, Pasta Dishes and Burgers. In Fluid Rib & Steak Grill House, he has introduced a variety of combos, which are the most popular and sharing dishes and above all for Fluid Customer’s Lovers. He is devoted to the philosophy of creating a memorable and unique dining experience that honours the purity of the ingredients he can source.
